Injinji performance Toe Socks

(Paired with my Road sneakers; Supernova Glide Shoes 09)

Ever since I started training for Ultramarathons, I had to start learning about proper foot care, especially now that I average about 80-100 miles a week of long runs. After a few weeks of trial and error I have come up with my best technique to date.

Before every race and run this is what I do;
Supplies:
-Vaseline
-Body Wax
-Injinji Sports Socks

- I wax the heals and the toes (for rain or sweat build up)
- I add a drop of vaseline to each toe before putting on my toe socks.


Tips:
- Trim your toe nails
- White is great but will not be white long.

Pros: Blisters, what blisters? Great customer service, Gray stays gray!

Cons: Not cheap, I have about a dozen pairs and at $12 a pair...not cool! Durability issues*???

* If you are not a avid Ultra runner, I'm sure these will last you 10x times longer.
